We're committed to transparency in how we handle refunds for BridgeMesh learning programs. This policy explains what you can expect if you need to request a refund.

Refund Eligibility

BridgeMesh offers refunds under specific conditions. We've designed our policy to be fair to both students and our educational team. Not every situation qualifies, but we try to be reasonable when circumstances change.

Who Can Request a Refund

You might qualify for a refund if you fall into one of these categories:

  • You submit your request within 14 days of your initial payment for the program
  • You've accessed less than 20% of the course materials or attended fewer than 2 sessions
  • Technical issues on our end prevented you from accessing course content for more than 5 consecutive days
  • Your program was cancelled by BridgeMesh before completion
  • You experience a documented medical emergency that prevents program participation

Non-Refundable Situations

Some circumstances don't qualify for refunds. It's just how educational services work:

  • More than 14 days have passed since your payment date
  • You've completed more than 20% of course materials or attended 3 or more sessions
  • You received a promotional discount or scholarship for your enrollment
  • The request is based on personal schedule changes or work conflicts
  • You've already received a completion certificate for any portion of the program

How to Request a Refund

The process is straightforward. We've tried to make it as painless as possible.

Submit Your Request

Email info@bridgemesh.com with your full name, program name, payment date, and reason for the refund request. Include any supporting documentation like medical certificates if relevant.

Initial Review

Our team reviews your request within 3 business days. We'll check your account activity, payment records, and compare your situation against our policy criteria.

Decision Notification

You'll receive an email with our decision within 5 business days of your initial request. If approved, we'll explain the refund amount and processing timeline. If denied, we'll clearly state why.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. The actual time money appears in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.

Processing Time Expectations

Most refunds take between 10-14 business days from approval to appear in your account. International payments may take slightly longer. We process refunds as quickly as possible, but some delay is normal with banking systems.

Refund Scenarios

Here's how refunds work in different situations. Real examples help clarify what to expect.

Full Refund Scenario

You paid for a program starting in August 2025. Three days later, you realize your work schedule conflicts. You haven't accessed any materials yet.

Result: Full refund minus a 5% administrative fee to cover processing costs.

Partial Refund Scenario

You're 10 days into a 12-week program when a family emergency requires you to relocate. You've completed 15% of materials.

Result: Prorated refund for unused portion, calculated based on remaining program duration.

No Refund Scenario

You're halfway through a program when you decide it's not what you expected. You've attended 7 sessions and accessed 60% of materials.

Result: No refund available, as you've exceeded the 20% threshold and 14-day window.

Program Cancellation

BridgeMesh cancels your program due to insufficient enrollment two weeks before the start date.

Result: Full refund with no administrative fees, processed within 5 business days.

Refund Payment Methods

Refunds are issued using the same payment method you originally used. Here's what that means for different payment types:

Credit Card

Refunds appear as a credit on your statement within 5-10 business days after processing. Your bank controls the exact timing.

Debit Card

Funds return to your account within 7-14 business days. Some banks process these faster than others.

Bank Transfer

Direct deposit to your original account within 10-15 business days. International transfers may take up to 20 business days.

PayPal or Digital Wallet

Refunds to digital wallets typically process within 5-7 business days and appear in your wallet balance.

Special Circumstances

Medical Emergencies

If a serious health issue prevents you from continuing, we'll work with you. You'll need documentation from a healthcare provider. We evaluate these on a case-by-case basis, and our goal is to be understanding while maintaining fairness.

Technical Issues

When our platform fails and you can't access materials, that's on us. Document the issues by emailing support each time you encounter problems. If we can't resolve them within 5 business days, you qualify for a refund regardless of other criteria.

Transfer to Future Program

Sometimes a refund isn't what you need. If you'd rather transfer to a future session, we can often accommodate that instead. Contact us within the 14-day window to discuss options. This works better for everyone when scheduling is the main issue.

Military Deployment

Active duty military members called to deployment receive special consideration. Provide your deployment orders, and we'll either refund your payment or allow you to resume the program after your service period.

Administrative Details

Processing Fees

Most refunds include a 5% administrative fee to cover payment processing costs. This applies to voluntary withdrawals within the refund period. There's no fee if we cancel the program or if technical issues on our end are the cause.

Currency Considerations

Refunds are issued in Taiwan Dollars (TWD). If you paid in a different currency, exchange rates at the time of refund apply. Currency fluctuations aren't our responsibility, but we process everything as quickly as possible to minimize exposure.

Partial Completions

If you've completed some modules, partial refunds are prorated. We calculate the unused portion and refund that amount minus any administrative fees. You keep access to completed materials even after receiving a partial refund.

Policy Changes

We update this policy occasionally. Changes apply to purchases made after the update date. Your refund rights are based on the policy in effect when you enrolled, not future versions.
