We started because networks shouldn't be intimidating
Back in 2019, a small team in Taipei noticed something odd. Business owners were paying ridiculous amounts for basic network fixes that could've been prevented with simple knowledge. So we built something different.
How we got here
Not your typical tech company origin story. Just three network engineers who got tired of explaining the same things over and over.
The Beginning
Started with weekend workshops in a borrowed office space. Twelve people showed up to the first one. We taught router basics using actual hardware and lots of coffee.
Growth Phase
Word spread faster than we expected. Moved to a proper training space in Da'an District. Added structured courses when people kept asking for follow-up sessions.
Today
Now we work with small businesses across Taipei. Still keeping classes small—around fifteen people max—because that's what actually works for hands-on learning.
What matters to us
We're not trying to create network engineers. Most people just need to understand enough to make informed decisions and handle common issues without panic-calling expensive consultants at midnight.
Our approach is practical. You'll work with actual equipment, not just watch slides. And when something breaks during a session—which happens—we figure it out together. That's usually when the best learning happens anyway.
Real-world focus
We teach the stuff you'll actually use. No vendor certifications or theory-heavy content. Just practical skills for managing your network infrastructure without drama.
Small groups only
Fifteen people maximum per session. Everyone gets hands-on time with equipment. If someone's confused, we slow down and figure it out together.
Honest about limits
We're upfront about what basic network management can and can't solve. Some problems need specialists. We'll tell you which ones.
Long-term support
Questions don't stop when the course ends. Alumni can reach out when they hit roadblocks. We respond within a day, usually faster.
The people behind it
Small team. Everyone teaches and everyone learns from the questions people ask.
Torin Haugen
Lead Instructor
Spent twelve years managing networks for manufacturing companies before switching to teaching. Still gets excited about well-configured switches. Answers most support emails.

Curriculum Developer
Former network admin who realized she enjoyed explaining things more than fixing them. Designs our course materials and handles the logistics nobody else wants to touch.
